Who uses this app

Cepeda Receipt Book is a private tool used only by the owner of Cepeda Properties to manage the rent, receipts and lease documents for its own rental suites. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What it asks Google for

When the owner connects Google Drive, the app asks for one permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets the app create and manage only the files and folders it creates itself in the owner’s Google Drive. It cannot see, read or change any other file in the Drive.

What it uses that permission for

To save scanned or photographed signed lease agreements into a folder named “Cepeda Leases”, with one subfolder per tenant, in the owner’s own Google Drive.

How information is handled

• The saved leases stay in the owner’s Google Drive. The app keeps only a reference to each file so it can link to it.
• Information obtained from Google is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train any AI or machine-learning model.
• The Google connection key is stored as an encrypted secret in the owner’s Cloudflare account and is not shown anywhere in the app.

The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

The owner can disconnect the app at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already saved in Google Drive stay there until the owner deletes them.
