Cepeda Receipt Book is a private rent-tracking tool used by Cepeda Properties to record rent payments, issue receipts, and keep signed lease documents for its own commercial rental suites.
It is not a public service and is not open to sign-ups. Only the owner of Cepeda Properties uses it.
The app can connect to the owner’s Google Drive to save scanned signed leases into a folder named “Cepeda Leases”. See the privacy policy for exactly what that involves.
